Efficiency Analysis of Islamic Commercial Banks Using a Two-Stage Data Analysis Method

A measure of company efficiency is also commonly used in banking. The DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) method, which compares the input and output, a mathematical program optimization method. This study investigates level Islamic banks Indonesia from 2018 to 2021. It examines role capital liquidity their impact on banking efficiency. quantitative methods were nonparametric (DEA) parametric using Tobit regression examine effects. results show that Indonesia's Commercial Bank (BUS) not operating effectively, according DEA's average score 0.911 Furthermore, findings suggest can improve Indonesian commercial banks.
